Asbestos Supervisor Refresher
Asbestos Course Description:
This 8-hour course is designed to meet annual refresher training requirements for Arkansas Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor license.
The course reinforces knowledge and skills developed during the initial Contractor/Supervisor training while providing updates on regulatory requirements, hazard recognition, decontamination procedures and PPE, and asbestos waste handling procedures.

Learning Outcomes:
- Review and apply current asbestos safety practices and regulatory requirements applicable to asbestos workers and supervisors.
- Demonstrate continued competency in hazard recognition, PPE, decontamination, work practices, and asbestos waste-handling procedures.
Must Know:
- Attendance is mandatory for all
- Must pass both written and practical exams with 70% or better for certification to be awarded
- Daily breaks are scheduled – please bring or plan to get lunch
