OSHA 30-Hour General Industry
Course Description:
This is a 30-hour course designed for workers with some safety responsibilities, this
course is a combination of mandatory safety topics, optional topics and topics that can be specific to your industry. Students receive an OSHA Training card and course certificate upon completion.

Learning Outcomes:
- Evaluate common general-industry workplace hazards and identify appropriate methods for eliminating, preventing, or controlling employee exposure.
- Apply OSHA safety and health principles to support workplace hazard recognition, incident prevention, and effective safety practices.
Must Know:
- Attendance is mandatory for all
- Must pass both written and practical exams with 70% or better for certification to be awarded
- Daily breaks are scheduled – please bring or plan to get lunch
