Intermediate Water Distribution
Course Description:
This is a 24-hour training course geared for the operator who not only may have to install appurtenances in the water distribution system but repair them. It also trains them in the area of customer relations

24 Hours
Must Know:
- Install and maintain appurtenances
- Troubleshoot and repair systems
- Demonstrate customer communication
- Apply intermediate operational knowledge
Must Know:
- Attendance is mandatory for all
- Must pass both written and practical exams with 70% or better for certification to be awarded
- Daily breaks are scheduled – please bring or plan to get lunch
